This page discloses the affiliate relationships JBAI Insider has with the products and services we recommend, in compliance with the United States Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) and similar consumer protection laws in other jurisdictions.
An affiliate relationship is a commercial arrangement where JBAI Insider earns a commission when readers complete a qualifying action (purchase, subscription signup, trial activation) through a special tracked link. The reader's price is not affected by the affiliate relationship; the commission is paid by the vendor as a finder's fee for the referral.
When we recommend a product or service in an article, we use an affiliate link if one is available from that vendor. The article text discloses this with phrases like "we earn a commission if you sign up through our link" or similar wording inline at the point of recommendation. You can also recognize affiliate links from URL parameters (often containing "affiliate", "ref", "tracking", or vendor-specific identifiers).
They don't. Our editorial team selects products and services to cover based on what we believe will be useful to our readers, not based on which vendors offer affiliate programs. We frequently write about products and services with no affiliate program (because they're the right recommendation), and we sometimes recommend against products that do offer affiliate programs (when they're not the right fit).
When two products are comparable for a use case, we may prefer to link the one with an affiliate program (the recommendation is the same; the link choice supports the publication). When a non-affiliate product is materially better for the use case, we link that one instead.
We may earn commissions from products and services covered on JBAI Insider, including but not limited to: brokerage platforms, financial product providers, accounting and bookkeeping software, business credit card issuers, business loan providers, and SaaS productivity tools.
We do not list specific affiliate partners exhaustively because the list changes as we add new coverage. Each article that contains affiliate links discloses the specific affiliate relationship inline at the point of the link.
You always have the option to: bypass our affiliate links by typing the vendor's URL directly into your browser (the recommendation is the same; we just don't earn a commission), use a different vendor we don't recommend (we won't take it personally), or contact us with concerns about a specific recommendation or disclosure.
This disclosure is intended to comply with the FTC's "16 CFR Part 255: Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising" requiring clear and conspicuous disclosure of material connections between endorsers and advertisers. If you believe any specific recommendation on JBAI Insider lacks adequate disclosure, please contact us so we can address it.
